Create a Google Business Account
Once you’ve signed into your Google Account, click on the “Create new business” button.
This will take you to a page where you can choose whether you want to create a local business, a store, or both. If you’re creating a local business, you must first select a location.
Add a Company Name
After selecting a location, you’ll see a list of categories. Choose one of these options:
- Local Business
- Store
- Both Local Business & Store
Add a Contact Person
If you choose “both” then you will need to add a contact person. This person will be responsible for managing the business’s online presence.
Add a Website URL
Once you’ve added a website address, click Save & Continue.
Add a Phone Number
If you’re not sure whether you need one, you might as well add one. It’s free and easy to do so. Just enter your phone number into the field provided.
